Email:chenyut@stu.xju.edu.cn

Yutong Chen is a joint Ph. D student at Xinjiang University (XJU) and National University Of Singapore (NUS). She has published 9 high quality papers. She is a member of Chinese society for composite materials. She was selected for Special Program for Doctoral Students under the Youth Talent Support Project of the China Association for Science and Technology, CAST) and Government-sponsored research abroad program of China. Also, she is a recipient of the National Scholarship. Her primary research interests include advanced and intelligent materials, biomaterials, sustainable energy and batteries.

Scope and Objectives:

Advanced and intelligent materials have emerged as a major research focus in engineering and materials science, owing to their diverse applications and their capacity to sense and respond to changes in the surrounding environment. AIMs are essential in healthcare, energy, environmental protection, and electronics. The pursuit of sustainable and high-performance solutions has driven increasing research interest in AIMs. Their unique structures and smart responses make them promising candidates for solving engineering challenges. This research topic welcomes original research on the preparation, properties, and applications of advanced and smart materials, including polymers, ceramics, nanoparticles, and composite structures. It also welcomes original research applied to sustainable energy, battery technology, healthcare, and artificial intelligence.

Submission Process:

If you wish to participate in this special session, please submit your manuscript through the ConfSync system and select the Section "Special Session 2:Advanced and intelligent materials". We will assign your submission to Dr Yutong Chen for a preliminary review. After passing the preliminary review, your manuscript will undergo a secondary review by experts. Notifications of acceptance will be issued concurrently with the main conference notifications. For any questions, please contact: info@confsync.cn.
