Notes:

1. Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
2. The registration fee does not include:
   ● Accommodation
   ● Visa application fee
   ● Transportation fee
3. The registration fee only includes the attendance cost.Regardless of the type of ticket you choose, you will need to pay the registration fee + APC fee.
4. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@confsync.cn. If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
   ● Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee.
   ● Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund.
   ● After October 17, 2025: No Refund.
5. Before the publication of the proceedings, the publisher will conduct a review of the conference proceedings. Any papers that do not align with the conference theme, fail to meet publishing standards, or lack the required quality will be removed from the proceedings, and no appeals will be entertained. Please ensure that your paper does not involve any academic misconduct. The purpose of this conference is to provide a platform for academic exchange, and the publication and indexing of papers are not the primary goals of the conference. Articles rejected by the publisher will not be eligible for refund requests.
6. Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
