Special Session 2: Innovative Approaches in Engineering Materials and Structural Resilience under Dynamic and Extreme Load Conditions
Organizer(s) Information:
Dr. S. M. Anas
Researcher, Department of Civil Engineering, Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi, India
Email:mohdanas43@gmail.com
Scope and Objectives:
This Special Session aims to delve into the behavior, performance, and resilience of engineering materials and structures when exposed to dynamic and extreme loading conditions. These conditions include high strain rates, impact, blast loads, seismic activities, and other forms of extreme environmental stressors.
Objectives
1. To explore the latest research and advancements in material science relevant to dynamic and extreme loadings.
2. To discuss innovative design methodologies and analytical models for enhancing the resilience of structures.
3. To address practical challenges and solutions in the application of these materials and designs in real-world scenarios.
4. To foster interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and educators to drive innovation in this critical area.
Submission Process:
If you wish to participate in this special session, please submit your manuscript through the Morressier system and send an email to info@icmaem.org , informing us of your paper's title and ID number. We will assign your submission to Dr. S. M. Anas for a preliminary review. After passing the preliminary review, your manuscript will undergo a secondary review by experts. Notifications of acceptance will be issued concurrently with the main conference notifications. For any questions, please contact: info@icmaem.org
